Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Zyra Clothes. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with original tags and packaging intact.

Certain items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
